Bicep Curl - Stork Stance

Benefits: Builds core strength, balance and stability. Strengthens biceps.
Starting Position: Stand on one leg keeping other leg extended back, with dumbell in one hand and hanging to the floor. Keep body in alignment and off hand on hip. Body line should be straight and parallel to the floor.
Movement: Hold this position as you curl dumbell toward the forehead, slowly lower.
