Baked Catfish Recipe

Catfish flavored with italian dressing and fresh onions.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb fresh catfish
  • 2 tbsp. italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 sliced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions: add all ingredients to catfish. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Place in shallow pan, cover with foil. Bake at 450 for 9 - 12 minutes.
