Black Eyed Peas & Rice with Ham Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c white rice
  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 lb ham
  • 8 1/2 oz black eyed peas

Directions: mix rice and water bring to boil lower temp to lowest add peas (fresh or canned) add ham (chunked) cook covered for 45 min salt to taste
