Carrot and Coriander Soup Recipe
Serves: 4 person(s)
A thick filling soup, nice served with toasted pitta bread. Only takes about 15 minutes to prepare

Ingredients
  • 9 carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1 large onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 85 g yellow split peas
  • 85 g pearl barley
  • 19 g Vegetable Stock Cubes
  • 4 cups water, boiled

Directions: Make up the Vegetable stock with the 4cups of boiling water. Put all ingredient in a large pan Bring to the boil simmer for 1 1/2 hours Blend and enjoy.
