Chicken Quesadillas Recipe
Yummy dinner!

Ingredients
  • 200 g whole wheat tortillas
  • 280 g large low carb tortillas
  • 2/3 onion
  • 1 pepper jalapeno
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheese
  • 3 oz diced grilled chicken
  • 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions: add all ingredients between tortillas in quesadilla maker, grill until browned.
