Chicken Southwest Rollups Recipe

Baked bean burritos with chicken.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp peach mango Salsa
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked & chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 flour tortillas (6 inches)
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Add to tortilla and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees until warm.
