Chicken or Turkey Divan Recipe

Great Caserole for Dinner

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbs. lite mayonaise
  • 1 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated lite cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbs. butter
  • 2 tbs. sherry (optional)
  • 2 10 oz. packages frozen broccoli

Directions: Cook broccoli until tender, drain. Boil chicken until no longer pink, drain and chop up into bite size pieces. Arrange in greased baking dish 9 X 13. Spray pan with non fat spray, and layer brocolli, chicken, mix mayo and lemon juice together pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, bread crumbs, and butter. Bake 350, 30 min 6 to 8 servings. Eliminate the butter to save some calories!!
