Ingredients
  • 1 cup soy protein
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 1 cup ground flax seed
  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup All Bran cereal
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup dried guava
  • 2 cups dried apples
  • 1 cup dried prunes
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions: Based on "Everything Cereal" from the More With Less cookbook, add lots of extra stuff per the ingredients list.
