Herbed Red Potatoes Recipe

Potatoes, Boiled

Ingredients
  • 1 pound small red potatoes
  • 15 ounce chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions: Clean potatoes and cut into halves or quarters depending upon size. Put in a 2-quart covered saucepan with chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Simmer, covered 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
