Hot Apple Pie Dip Recipe
Serves: 16 person(s)
Sweet dip but not too sweet. Makes 2 cups of dip. Serving size is abount 2 tablespoons.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 apple, chopped, divided
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp pecans, finely chopped

Directions: Preheat over to 375 F. Mix cream cheese, sugar and spice in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in half of the chopped apple. Spread into 8-inch pie plate or small casserole dish. Top with remaining apples, the Cheddar Cheese and pecans. Bake 1-12 min. or until heated through. Serve with Wheat Thins Lightly Cinnamon Snack Crackers (140 calories for 15 crackers)
