Hummus -Simple and Basic Recipe

A simple hummus with no cut corners - I like to serve hummus with fresh cut veggies - like sweet potatoe, carrot, celery, ect.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 slice onion
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions: Mix and blend in a blender/ food processor
