Individual Pumpkin Dessert Recipe

Quick, easy microvable dessert. Kind of like a souffle.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Egg Whites
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin, puree
  • 1 tsp splenda
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions: Whisk egg beaters or egg whites with splenda until frothy. Add in pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, cimmamon and whisk together until mixed. Put in small microwavable dish and microwave for about 1 minute. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
