Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 40 grams Ritz crackers

Directions: Mix all ingredients. Add your own seasonings. I add worchestershire sauce, onion salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Form into a loaf and cook in covered glass casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until juices run clear
