Polenta Side Kick Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce
  • 2 T green enchilada sauce
  • 1 7/20 cup of canned sweet peas
  • 1 t Hoisin sauce
  • 3 mushroom,portabello

Directions: sauté onions, add mushrooms and peas, a just a touch of Hoisin sauce plop on dish beside grilled polenta add a simple salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber
