Pumpkin Soup - Crockpot Recipe

yummy pumpkin soup that is good for you!

Ingredients
  • 32 oz pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 16 oz beer
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 16 oz chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 pumpkin pie spice

Directions: add all ingredients except cauliflower into crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. Boil and then puree cauliflower in blender and add spices to taste. Serve with breadbowls.
