Ramsay Spiced Pork Chop Recipe

From Gordon Ramsay F-Word - pork chop with mild spices

Ingredients
  • 2 pork chop, bone-in
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 4 cloves garlic

Directions: Mix herbs with olive oil and marinate pork chop for 30 minutes or overnight in fridge. Sear in hot olive oil and then bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
