Salmon On a Raft of Lettuce with Cucumber Preservers Recipe

a mound of salmon mixed with goodies riding on a bed of lettuce

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup bumble bee salmon
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup green peas, canned
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers
  • 1 slice of onion
  • 1 ounce vlasic pickles
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip, light
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts

Directions: Lay lettuce surround with cucumber rounds plop a glop of Salmon, mayo, raisins, nuts and celery on top
