Sinful Quesadillas Recipe

Not-so-healthy quesadillas.

Ingredients
  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup chedarella
  • 2 oz black olives, sliced
  • 2 tbs olive oil

Directions: EVOO once around the pan and let warm over medium heat. Place first tortilla in the pan and top with cheese and olives. Place the second tortilla on top. Once cheese starts to melt, flip the quesadilla and let the other side brown. Cut into quarters and serve.
