Taco Soup Recipe

Low fat, high protein soup

Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 12 oz whole kernel corn
  • 12 oz kidney beans
  • 24 oz pinto beans
  • 4 oz chopped green chilies
  • 36 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1 dry Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 taco seasoning

Directions: In a large dutch oven on stock pot, brown ground beef with onions and drain fat. Add season packets, tomatoes and chilis. When it starts to simmer add corn and beans. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
