Turkey Burgers Recipe

Juicy turkey burgers

Ingredients
  • 20 4/5 ounces ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions: Combine all ingredients well and divided into 10 meatballs. Pat out into patties and cook in a hot skillet, turning as needed until browned and both sides and cooked through.
