Turkey Sausage Patties Recipe
Serves: 4 person(s)
easy to make. use a non-stick pan so there is no added fat. You may need to add water occasionaly so the patty doesn't stick. Adjust the spices at will.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey or chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions: Combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl. Mix together thoroughly. Add chicken broth, mixing well. let stand 15-20 minutes. Form turkey patties, approx 3/4 in thick. Cook patties in a non-stick over medium heat, 7-8 minutes on each side, or thoroughly cooked.
